Has my order been placed?
If your order appears in your Account history, then tickets have been reserved for you - subject to credit card clearance.
To check the status of an order, log in to your Account History.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are normally processed within a few days of being placed. On rare occasions there may be a short delay due to the popularity of a particular event.
However, if your order appears in your Account History, then tickets have been reserved for you subject to credit card clearance.
Orders are processed in the order they
were received.Tickets will be sent to
you within 14 days of the general release
of the tickets or the date of your order,
whichever is later.
Where will I be seated?
Wonderland Promotions' ticket allocation
policy allows tickets to be purchased based
on purchaser's choice on our Ticket Selection
page.
We offer customers the ability to select
between, for example, seated or standing
tickets; or to choose between different
pricing bands. This choice is made when
the customer is selecting tickets and placing
an order.
We do not offer the ability to choose particular
seats. However, our ticket stock covers all areas of each venue.
Tickets are allocated based on the best
possible seats available in the purchaser's
preferred type or price band. This will
be determined by our box office staff at
time of processing.

What
if there is a difficulty with my credit
card transaction?
You as the customer are responsible for
providing accurate information when booking.
Most often, problems are as a result of
incorrect credit card information being
submitted to us.
If we do encounter a problem, unforunately
your order will be cancelled. If you wish
to order the tickets again, you must place
a new order.
Please enter all of your details carefully
when submitting an order.
Why
didn't I received a confirmation of my order?
The old saying 'The customer is always right'
is true - except, it seems, when it comes
to entering e-mail addresses into web forms!
Our order confirmations are automatically
sent to the e-mail address stored for you
on our system. If this is inaccurate then
the confirmation will never reach you!
If you are concerned about an order, log
in to your Account History or contact
us. If your order appears in your Account history, then tickets have been reserved for you - subject to credit card clearance.
Always enter your email address carefully when registering.
Oh, and one other possibility... Hotmail accounts are notorious in their willingness to block emails, bounce emails and push valid emails into their spam folders!
How
can you offer tickets in advance of other
outlets?
As we are the organisers and promoters of
the events on this site, for some events
we can offer our on-line customers our pre-release
booking service. Registered users of this
site can often reserve tickets days before
they are released for general sale.
Note: If you reserve tickets using our pre-release booking
service, please be aware that ticket numbers will not be allocated until after the
actual release date.

do I get a refund on a cancelled or postponed
event?
Sometimes an event may be cancelled or rescheduled
by the promoter, band or venue. Should this
happen, we will contact you by e-mail using
the email address you use to log into your
account. Please read our Returns
Policy for more information.
Are my tickets transferrable to other people?
We are opposed to ticket touting and any indication of this will result in the tickets being cancelled and money refunded.
Tickets can not be re-sold for more than face value in any circumstances.
How
can I book accessible seating?
Seating locations in various price ranges
are available for our disabled patrons.
To purchase accessible seating for an event,
please place your order via our telephone hotline on 0870 2434455
stating your needs.
Can I make an amendment
to my order.
We accept orders only through our official
on-line order page. We do not accept amendments
to orders and we do not accept responsibility
for errors in the information supplied on
an order.
If you require extra tickets, you must place
an order for those tickets.
We will process each order on an individual
basis and do not accept responsibility for
matching previous orders with new orders.
