RAY SAWYER, the spirited, eye-patched lead singer of the group Dr Hook, whose soulful and sometimes comic vocals fronted the band’s breakthrough to the ‘Cover Of The Rolling Stone’ an international superstar in the early 70’s and 80’s, has been touring the US, Canada and overseas since the break up of the Band in 1984, with a new band and a new twist to his familiar sound.
